This course introduces essential health, safety, and risk-management principles for hospitality workplaces. Students learn hygiene standards, emergency procedures, first aid basics, WHMIS principles, and responsible handling of food, equipment, and hazardous materials. Emphasis is placed on maintaining safe environments for guests and employees, preventing accidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Conditions for Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

– One day to 3 days after registration: 100% refund if the student hasn’t logged in. If logged in, 80% refund.
– 3–7 days: 50% refund.
– After 7 days: No refund.

Application fee is non-refundable.

شرایط انصراف از دوره و استرداد وجه:

یک تا ۳ روز پس از ثبت نام: در صورت عدم ورود به سامانه، ۱۰۰٪ هزینه ثبت نام عودت داده می‌شود.
در صورت ورود دانشجو، ۸۰٪ مسترد می‌گردد.
از ۳ تا ۷ روز: ۵۰٪ مسترد می‌شود.
پس از ۷ روز: هزینه ثبت نام مسترد نخواهد شد.
